FREE STANDING ARTICULATING JIB CRANE

Levitate’s Free Standing Articulating Jib Crane is designed for applications that require light-capacity lifting with precise manual movement and accurate load positioning within a dedicated work area. With capacity options from 50kg up to 250kg, this crane is ideal for handling lighter loads where flexibility, control, and ease of operation are more important than heavy lifting capacity. The articulating design features two jib arms, allowing the crane to manoeuvre around obstacles and service areas that may be difficult to reach with a conventional single-arm jib crane. The dual-arm arrangement provides 260° + 260° slew, giving the operator excellent coverage and making it easier to position loads exactly where needed. This makes it well suited to workstations, assembly areas, maintenance tasks, and other applications where smooth manual handling is required. This style of jib crane can be tailored to suit site requirements, with various outreach options and a maximum height to the underside of the arm of 4,000mm. It can also be supplied for indoor or outdoor use, depending on the installation environment. To suit different site conditions, the crane can be mounted using a base plate fixed to a suitable concrete foundation or connected to an engineered steel support structure, subject to site suitability. Levitate can supply the crane complete with a suitable manual or electric hoist, depending on the application and operational preference.
