FREE STANDING 360 Degree Slew JIB CRANE

Levitate’s Free Standing 360 Degree Continuous Slew Jib Crane is designed to provide complete lifting coverage around the column, making it an ideal solution for workplaces that require flexible and efficient material handling within a dedicated area. ​With the ability to rotate continuously through a full 360 degrees, this crane allows operators to access loads from any direction without restriction. This makes it well suited to general workshop lifting, loading and unloading, maintenance activities, production support, and workstation handling where full circular coverage is beneficial. Available in capacities up to 4000kg and swing radii up to 7.5m, our free standing jib cranes can be tailored to suit a wide range of site and operational requirements. Column height, outreach, hoist arrangement, and duty can all be configured to match the intended application and available space. Because the crane is free standing, it does not rely on the existing building structure for support. This makes it a practical option for both new and existing facilities where an independent lifting solution is required. Units can also be designed for indoor or outdoor service, depending on site conditions. ​To suit different installation environments, the crane can be mounted via a base plate onto a suitable concrete foundation or connected to an engineered steel support structure, subject to site suitability and design requirements. Levitate can supply the crane complete with manual or electric hoists, along with manual or powered trolley travel, depending on the required duty and operator preference. A motorised slew option is also available where powered rotation is preferred for improved operator control and easier handling of loads. ​A range of optional accessories and control options can also be incorporated to suit the application.
